D\u00e1le bych vy\u017eadoval smluvn\u00ed ujedn\u00e1n\u00ed, ve kter\u00e9m je jasn\u011b d\u00e1no, \u017ee realitn\u00ed makl\u00e9\u0159 m\u016f\u017ee vystupovat m\u00fdm jm\u00e9nem a prov\u00e1d\u011bt prodej nemovitosti dle platn\u00fdch regul\u00ed. Jde tedy o takzvanou \u201eSmlouvu o zprost\u0159edkov\u00e1n\u00ed prodeje nemovitosti\u201c. Smlouva tak\u00e9 mus\u00ed m\u00edt v\u0161echny n\u00e1le\u017eitosti, aby byla platn\u00e1.Dobr\u00e9 reference. Pokud bych u\u017e m\u011bl tak\u0159\u00edkaj\u00edc jistotu, \u017ee realitn\u00ed kancel\u00e1\u0159 a makl\u00e9\u0159 stoj\u00ed za to, jim sv\u011b\u0159it prodej bytu \u010di jin\u00e9 nemovitosti, vy\u017eadoval bych perfektn\u00ed prezentaci, kter\u00e1 si zakl\u00e1d\u00e1 na velmi kvalitn\u00edch produktov\u00fdch fotk\u00e1ch. Abych \u0159ekl pravdu, pr\u00e1v\u011b fotky m\u011b ji\u017e mnohokr\u00e1t zklamaly, nebo\u0165 nevypov\u00eddaly o pravdiv\u00e9 skute\u010dnosti. Byly velmi mal\u00e9, m\u011bly n\u00edzk\u00e9 rozli\u0161en\u00ed, byly fotografovan\u00e9 ne\u0161ikovn\u011b, tak\u017ee nezachytily to podstatn\u00e9 atd.
