D\u011blen\u00e1 strava, sacharidov\u00e1, krabi\u010dkov\u00e1, ban\u00e1nov\u00e1, jogurtov\u00e1, ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e1 dieta, podle kalorick\u00fdch tabulek a ten v\u00fd\u010det m\u016f\u017ee pokra\u010dovat. Ale co zkusit n\u011bco, co n\u00e1s bude bavit, zasyt\u00ed a pom\u016f\u017ee? To nezn\u00ed \u0161patn\u011b, \u017ee. Pak se nemus\u00edte vzd\u00e1vat i hlavn\u00edch j\u00eddel, kter\u00e9 milujete. Nebo se ob\u00e1vat klasick\u00fdch j\u00eddel na v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edm stole. I toti\u017e  s kaprem se d\u00e1 p\u0159ipravit jinak, ne\u017e s tu\u010dnou majon\u00e9zou. To rozhodn\u011b nem\u00e1 chybu Posledn\u00ed dobou m\u00e1 velk\u00e9 \u00fasp\u011bchy proteinov\u00e1 dieta.
